I figured this out on my own, I don't remember what caused it, but suddenly Jesper only had 2 Dialogue lines, to fix this I hard saved, disabled the mod, loaded into the hard save, hard saved again, re-enabled the mod, and loaded the hard save, this did make it so we were "divorced" but to fix that all I did was propose again
