Help finding a guided meditation/hypnosis video
Hi, everyone! I am not sure if I selected the right category, I hope so —I'm not really good at Reddit hahaha—, if not do tell me where I can ask this.
So, yesterday I was listening to a guided hypnosis/meditation on YouTube that was helping me so much! The thing is... I had incognito mode on, and J can't, for the life of me, find back the video.
Here is what I remember:
-There were snaps or clicks after a certain point, like an actual hypnosis.
-The voice was either female or a really high-pitched male(?
-I think there was a disclaimer at the beginning about responsible usage but could be mixing things up.
- I also think that at some point at the beginning the person mentioned something like "let's switch to our better reality" or something like that was what was transmitted. I think something about money was mentioned in the same bit(? But I could be mistaken.
Does anyone know of a guided meditation like this/hypnosis?
The thing I remember the most was the clicks/snaps, those were the important part that stayed with me.
