10r80 on my 2021 f150 2.7L

I have a 10r80 transmission on f150 2021. Currently at 98,000km. Experiencing harsh downshifting from 4-3rd on firm or hard stops and sometimes on slow stops as well. Usually I hear Metallic loud enough clunk noise and I feel the shift from inside the truck.

It has had 2 overhauls first to replace updated cdf drum which led to me having the 4-3rd harsh shifting with metallic clunk noise. Then had to do another overhaul again replaced another new updated cdf drum and valve body. Post 700km since second overhaul still having same issue consistently.

Dealer said this is normal behaviour and I gotta live with it. There’s nothing more they can do after two overhauls. I was also told It might get little bit better after driving it for a bit but the noise on 4-3 rd down shift will come from time to time which is felt inside the truck.

Is this normal or is dealer just wanting for me drive up to 100,000km so they don’t gotta pay out of companies pocket for repairs?

I understand that some shift quirks are common however, I hear the 4-3rd downshifting from inside the truck during firm and hard stops. Usually happens when I try to come to a complete stop does not happen during a rolling stop. It happens in both cold and fully warm oil temperatures.

What should be my next step here? Keep driving or go back demand them to figure this out before my warranty expires?
