I’ve been posting consistently on Instagram for weeks/months and barely getting any followers.

I try reels, trending audio, hashtags, decent editing, even posting regularly… but it still feels like I’m invisible. Meanwhile I see random accounts blow up overnight 😭

I’m in the psychology/self-improvement niche and honestly it’s getting discouraging putting effort into content that gets 200 views and no engagement.

For people who actually grew their page:
- What changed everything for you?
- Is consistency really enough anymore?

Would genuinely appreciate real advice from people who’ve been through this.
