I know that this is probably just two large granny squares but would anyone know what its called or a link to a pattern? I cant figure iut what the front would look like

Made a house number on concrete. A little messy but proud everything is at least recognizable. Used a black grout pen to make the dog pop more but kinda wish I'd just left it white. Oh well.

Also the generic craft grout I got from hobby lobby already is cracking so if anyone has recs please lmk!
