Starting a vampire counts army and I’m looking for ideas for the Zombie Dragon. Specifically how to kit out the lord with magic items, abilities, etc.

Also what the rest of the list should look like around it. I won’t be playing at competitive events or anything, but I also want it to be reasonably strong since the casual scene that I’m in has some of the stronger factions (Cathay, Beastmen, Chaos, etc.)
