What effect or how do you make this opening effect?

I'm a new editor and is making my one of my first edits and I've encountered a really weird problem, so basically whenever I copy then paste a null which I made in an element then try to put it on my element it's suddenly shifts to the side (first pic being what it looks like in the original element and 2nd being what it looks like whenever I copy then paste it to another element or project) does anyone know how to prevent this? It's genuinely so annoying, I've tried grouping the entire null then copy and pasting and it still does it, I've also tried making the null in another project instead of an element and it still does this, I also can't rlly make the null inside the actual project I'm editing in why? Cuz of the sheer lag. Pls tell me if y'all have any solutions for this
