New Level of Club Incompetence
I am hoping this is just one year and primarily due to the age change but wow, in the 10 years I have been with my kids club (3 kids) this is taking the cake.
One kid still doesn't know who the coach will be. Another has 4 dedicated goalkeepers on a U10, 7v7 team. The last kid, after guest laying most of the previous season with the top team was moved to the third team and the director said she was lucky and one of the winners from the age group change (kid went from Q2 to Q4) - that team also changed coaches overnight. Plus new kids are showing up on the top team rosters who never attended any training sessions, ID nights, tryouts, anything (cashflow!).
I don't really need anything from this, other than to vent via keyboard instead of finding a brick wall to slam my head into. I hope everyone else is having much smoother sailing and this is a one-off year for my family.
