So there was a tv series i watched when I was younger, around 2015/2016 in FOX. It was around the time FOX was airing Modern Family and The Mentalist. It was about solving crimes, the protagonists were a white female and white male duo (the actual protagonist was the guy tho). He was dark haired, she was blonde. I remember there was this sequence with his blue eye? like a psychic kind of thing? maybe he had powers he used to help solve the crimes? Please help!
