My boyfriend has this loud, friendly cat come by his house every few days (we are in Oregon). The cat has no collar and no clipped ear. His coat is super thin, not matted but he when he visits it’s dirty. He also has some bald patches. We love him but don’t want to take him to the vet if he belongs to someone. Stray cat experts advise, does this guy seem like a stray?
