Hello, i applied for h4 cos in March and is still pending. Got a MSFT offer. I wanted to know how would immigration work in this case? Will they file my h1b transfer in premium even if h4 cos pending? Please help! I would love to hear from someone with similar scenario and what steps the employer takes.

Hello, we are relocating to redmond with a 2.5 year old next month and started hunting for good apartments within redmond/bellevue or other good suburbs m. Our main concern is looking for a good and reliable daycare for our kid. I would love to know from families with kids for any daycare/rental suggestions in the area. Thanks!
