Hello,

I am running Diablo II Diablerie/To Hell and Back adapted to 3.5 D&D. I am trying to determine whether starting PCS would still gain the benefits of being human like an extra feat and skill points. I was uncertain as all characters in the setting are human, but it seems that you are meant to use the rules from the core PHB if they are not otherwise modified by the Diablo II specific material. Thanks for the help.
