What to do about summer job situation

Hi, I (19) work in both sports teaching and fast food. Recently, the employer for my sports teaching job asked me if I wanted to work as a camp counsellor during the summer. I said no because I've already been working in sports teaching for four years, I want to experience something new, and I don't think one extra summer is going to help me learn much or gain any skills. Also, I worked for them as a camp counsellor last year, so I don't think doing that again would add much to my resume. Lastly, I don't think my hours will be good, as I was only given 15 hours/week last year (though I'm not sure my fast-food job will give me many more hours than that).

On the other hand, I've only been working in fast food for a few months, so I thought working there during the summer could help me gain skills and put the job on my resume.

Now, I'm reconsidering my decision, as the sports instruction job pays significantly more (22 USD/hour vs. 13 USD/hour), and part of me wonders if I was completely nuts for doing what I did (my thinking at the time was that money doesn't matter, since it's just one summer and I'll be making significantly more when I start my "real" job anyway). I also realized I can work the camp counsellor job and restrict my availability for the fast-food job to just the evenings, though I'm scared I'll be fired if I do.

So, should I tell my boss that I regret my decision and beg them to take me on?
