I’m about a week into strict low fodmap eating. I hate the restrictiveness, but I can already feel a massive difference. Looking ahead, I’m scared of reintroducing foods because I feel safe right now. I know that part of the process is testing to see what the triggers are, but that just sounds terrible right now. How do you gain the courage to reintroduce?
