For context I am a 19m and I have been with my 18f for 7 months. She has struggled with fibromyalgia And hyper mobility her whole life and I can see how she is in pain a lot. She currently has her med card and smokes to ease the pain as well as stretches and walking daily, but everytime I ask her if there is anything I can do to ease the pain there never really seems to be anything I can do to help. I have been watching videos and looking into fibromyalgia itself but Im not sure I’m understanding it correctly and I just want to be able to help her in any way I can
