I have a two and a half year-old and a two month old our family still wants to see fireworks, but we obviously do not want to be right underneath them or close enough that the booms will blow out their hearing. What’s a good spot to see the country club or Rockford’s or Cherry Valley without being right underneath or right there? Not looking to see all three at once, just a good spot to watch from a safe distance, where things are still cool.

I am planning on having a party for 25-35 people at my home on a Saturday afternoon. I have about a month to figure a couple things out. We have narrowed down the food to catering. Macianos had a great deal that feeds 30 people for $189.00. Italian beef, salad, pasta, garlic bread. We really want street tacos but I am having a hard time finding a place that caters at all. Does anyone know or have any suggestions.

Growing up my parents bought me nearly every cartoon VHS known to man. I now have a toddler and am looking for a VCR to share the old classics with my boy. Take this down if not allowed, FB marketplace sucks, but does anyone have one they would part with or know of any where I can purchase a gently used one? Appreciate any help!
