On the Chinese server, Meis have taken over the top 100 spots. Almost every game, there is a Mei because someone has figured out how to fire perma snowballs without any pre-reqs. I am not sure how to recreate it, but even without this bug, it's already borderline OP vs flying heroes, but with the bug, everyone is a target.
