Need Urgent advice - eczema is getting out of control and no one seems to know what’s causing it

I’m 23F and I’ve been dealing with what doctors think is eczema since April. It originally started on my face and was severe enough that I saw dermatology in January and have had multiple appointments since then. I’ve also seen other doctors, but so far nobody has really been able to tell me exactly what’s causing it or how to stop it from coming back.
What’s weird is that once my face finally started clearing up, my neck got significantly worse. Right now my neck is extremely itchy, red, inflamed, and has areas that ooze fluid. It’s also affecting my ears. It feels like as soon as one area improves, another area flares up.
I’ve tried various creams, medications, allergy treatments, and lifestyle changes, but I still can’t figure out what keeps triggering it. I’m honestly exhausted and frustrated at this point because it’s been months of dealing with this.
Has anyone had eczema or dermatitis that seemed to “move” from one area to another? Did you ever figure out the cause? Was it allergies, contact dermatitis, infection, autoimmune-related, or something else entirely?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s gone through something similar because I feel like I’m running out of ideas.

My meds are
Famotidine 10 mg two in the morning, two at night
Claritin 10 mg
Xolair injection 375 mg every two weeks
prozac 40mg
wellbutrin 300mg
Symbicort two puff x2 daily
