been with frito as a part time merch for 4 years and pay was $16-$25 (i’ve been at $16/hr for 4 years now). Am I being ripped off because they’re constantly complaining about budget cuts.

I live in Miami and we have a new store opening which they called me in to interview for a new stocker position. I have 7 years of retail experience, 4 with Frito Lay as a Merchandiser and 3 as a stocker at Publix. I know pay is $16-25 for the position. Would it be possible to be part time and get paid $20/hr given my experience? (i’m in school so this isn’t really my career choice, i just need something that pays me well enough cause my current job isn’t giving me justice. Any opinions are welcome, thanks!
