Opinions on chop date? About 8 weeks flowering.. looking for less of a “couch lock” high and more uplifting..

Have two plants getting close to the finish line.. wondering about starting my next grow while the lights are still 12/12.. will seedlings/ young plants be ok on 12/12 for a week or so, or will it send them straight to flowering? Yes these are all photos.
