I’m at a loss.

I have fixed so many things on my Elegoo Neptune 4 Max recently, from the ceramic heating element and thermistor to the nozzle and the entire print-head as well as taking it apart to put in a new motherboard fan because the last one died and I was getting “y-stepper driver overheating” errors on klipper. I’ve gone through countless hours of troubleshooting and finally got this printer working well enough to have decent print quality. I was so happy to see the ACTUAL layer adhesion finally taking place as I thought I dialed in my leveling and my gcode settings (for PLA at least). I come back from starting my first successful print in months to find this. I had this same error before on the print before this one (which was also going smoothly before this exact thing happened) and I assumed it a fluke and tried to reprint, only for this to happen again. The last picture shows what I fished out from UNDER the print bed. I know for a fact that the USB wasn’t removed and it doesn’t seem loose in the port at all. This is the second time this has happened (as I’ve stated before) and I also don’t know why my nozzle would’ve ripped my print off the bed like that?
