I have been using crunchyroll for years and had to update my card recently. It got denied, i called my bank, and no charge was blocked, aka it didn't go through. Tried a credit card, but still nothing. Went to reddit, found old posts saying they were forced to make a new account. Reluctantly, i did. Still WILL NOT TAKE MY PAYMENT. I use these cards daily, i know they work. Does anyone know any work around? Crunchyroll support really doesn't want to put me in contact with a human, and im legitimately actively trying to give you my money 😒 why deny me
