I was watching One Piece, episode 5-hundred something. Been watching normally this whole time.

Then when I clicked next episode, it went back to the one piexe menu and it looks like this.

No more episode 5-hundred something, now they are edited episodes? And I apparently haven't watched any of them, and ALL the pre-timeskip episodes have disappeared entirely.

I dont want to watch 55 episodes condensed into 21, I want to watch what a I paid for which was a big ass list of the real One Piece episodes.

Wtf happened and how do I get the original list back? I feel sick with confusion.

I've logged out logged in deleted app logged in checked its the correct region. I didnt change ANYTHING it just happened when it was supposed to automatically take me to the next episode like it's done 500+ times before...

On the 20th may between 1:30 to 2:20 pm I watched one piece ep 435 (don’t judge I’m a slow reader). At 00:29 am on 21st may I decided to check my CR history and I noticed that all my one piece episodes are gone from my history. I go to check one piece and it says it only has 460 episodes from dressrosa onwards and including fishman island remaster. I had only watched the first 435 episodes.

I saw another user in the uk say they had episodes disappear too, but they said they only had 782 episodes available, but I only have 460 episodes available. Please respond to this if you are experiencing the same thing.

Due to this, I’ll have to get a VPN. Other users with VPNs, please tell me how they work with CR. Thanks

Edit: I also checked on my phone app and it’s the same too, so I don’t think it’s a technical issue.

It just gets stuck on a loading screen and doesn't actually play the anime.

Whenever I try to press start watching it does a small loading screen and doesnt play, also if I try to watch the anime by search it up it wont work

I've tried accessing it on multiple devices and so far no luck. The website does say limited problem but that usually doesn't mean totally not working. Anyone else having this issue?

I was trying to watch Demon Slayer, this screen kept popping up no matter whether I try offline or online viewing. I checked for updates but there were none, and I made sure at home that the episode was downloaded.

Im letting my 2 young nieces use my account for shows like my hero and pre time skip one piece, ect but it only gives me the option for a teen account, and won't give me the option for PG only, so it iterally allows chainsaw man and attack on titan, and I DONT think its appropriate for a 9 year old. too risky I need help

The help and support is an absolute joke. how many times do i have to tell them im being logged into some random persons account, they keep saying "yeah lets change your email" that wont help this.

like i legit have get popped into someone else's account and they just don't understand it its been a month. and they still just don't watch the video i sent them showing what happens

i got it through the App Store but when i go to the App Store to cancel it only shows me a old version of the subscription because a while back i upgraded my subscription and then cancelled it

Im watching Mushoku Tensei in English dub, and i need closed captions for all dialogue, but when japanese is on screen when they speak other languages, there are no English subtitles unless i swap off CC to subtitles. Is there a way to have both on?

It keeps removing the content preferences for mature content, attempting to set up an account for kids to use, but the settings keep disappearing and resetting so kids are shown inappropriate series on the app, even on the website it doesnt give me the option, I put my password in, change it to PG, and the it resets it when going back to the home page and gets rid of the setting, seems kinda crazy

Pressing continue does nothing but throw an error message.
