I can't upgrade my account

With the new manga I want to upgrade so that I can read it. I currently have a annual membership and can't upgrade till the current membership ends. The end is in April next year.

I have been on with support but they told me to wait and closed the chat.

I was just wondering if anyone has any advice or an email I can contact.

Bug Help

In my Save I have have a bug. I tried to get help on the official website, waited 2 months, they have rejected it. I have tried the discord after the rejection they said to create another ticket. I have tried emailing ubisoft if they can help, there has been no responce on that email since may.

I am just asking if anyone has any advice for the bug.

When I leveled up once I recieved 2507 mastery points, ever since then when I level up I dont recieve mastery points and I cannot spend them. I have tried reseting the skill tree but I dont gain any points and cannot repurchase them. I have tried doing New Game+ but that does nothing to help, I tried creating a new save but once I was in my skill tree was the empty with 2507 mastery points that I could not spend.

If anyone has any ideas please respond. Reseting the game, Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing, new saves dont change it.
