Good start for oppertunities

I recently graduated with my degree and completed 130 hours of clinical experience at a hospital. Now that I've graduated, I'm trying to figure out the best places to start looking for career opportunities related to my degree. The hospitals near me do not seem to be hiring for BME positions at the moment, so I understand I may need to relocate to another city or even another state. I'm also open to opportunities outside of a hospital setting, as long as they allow me to use my degree and continue building experience in the field. I'm just looking for some guidance on where I should begin my job search and what opportunities would be a good fit for someone starting out.

I have a associates degree for biomedical engineering, 165 hrs of clinicals and several certifications.

Recomendations

So im looking at getting smart glasses with prescription and l am mainly looking for ones that can help with translation because i need it for work. Having a camera would be a plus but not 100% needed.

M65 elite alternatives

My m65 elite which i had since 2019 middle mouse button has finally died and i want to see what other mice people would recomend as a alternative.

I'm a wrist aimer that plays fps games like siege and apex i have a mix of a palm and claw grip.

For the m65 elite i like the heavyness and the thumbwrist on it so im curious if there is any better alternatives i should i look into b4 jumping into buying another m65 elite.

What's needed for vanguard s future?

As the title says I'm curious what's everyone thoughts of this format and what people would like to improve the game in their opinion. Like would you like a new resource like energy or maybe you want to get rid off something like the ot but what do you think is needed to make the game better or what you wish bushiroad did?
