Classes dropped due to “non-payment “
I’m so annoyed because i had enrolled into a class in early April and I really needed it. I get an email earlier this week saying that I was dropped due to nonpayment but I had pending financial aid. Definitely enough to cover both classes. I went to re-enroll and now the class is waitlisted 🤦🏾♀️ I’m so freakin annoyed because I only have 11 credits left and had my schedule worked out perfectly. I spoke with someone in financial aid who said they'd work on escalating the issue for me and to see if they would just add me back to the class. Got an email today saying they came to a “resolution” and how I have “summer aid” like no shit Sherlock 🙄 this is my 3rd summer semester and this has NEVER happened before. The virtual advisor was no help either just talking in circles. Ugh i just feel so upset right now when I did everything right on my part. Has anyone else dealt with this before?

Just got a true count of how many credits I have completed and it’s 54. I literally need this class (along with the other I’m taking) this semester to finish leaving me with a total of 61 credits. This will technically be my last semester if I am granted access. I have reached out to the professor, dean and school president (all separately). Fingers crossed everyone!
