Am I using the wrong balls?

Hey guys, I’m scuffing a lot of balls, and I’m not sure why. I mainly use supersofts and Kirklands. I’ve golfed about 20 times this year, and the end of last, hadn’t golfed in 20 years before that. I am scuffing balls between a pencil eraser and a little bigger than a dime after less than five holes. I’m not talking about when I hit the cart path or a tree, just ball them grass. I did a google search and found out balls usually last a lot longer. So, am I needing to use harder balls, or something else?

Swing speed with a driver I don’t think has been above 105, so nothing special, I do have some shots where I connect relatively well, I can’t hit a driver very well, but my 3 wood off a tee I usually hit 240, have got up to 295, I live in Montana, so I am at elevation which inflates that a bit.

Thanks for any help everybody.
