Hello, does anyone have suggestions for herbal teas for luteal phase? I am not looking to change the duration as it is 14/15 days. My progesterone is stable just maybe calming tea that supports implantation without overstimulating?
I am on my TTC journey so gentle herbs 🌿 work well on my sensitive body. Would love to hear any suggestions from you all. Thank you 🙏
Yesterday I tried Nora tea for its health benefits. I am not pregnant but TTC. I read about how these herbs could be beneficial and ordered from Amazon.
I only used about 1/2 tablespoon of this tea. Soaked about 20mins in boiling water and had it after breakfast. I was fine until evening. In the evening I started getting terrible bloating and gas. By night I was having cramps due to gas. This is making take trip to toilet multiple times.
Is this normal? I don’t know if I am too sensitive but I now I am scared to try again. I really wanted to like the tea and continue. Please suggest what could be causing this. Thank you!
Hey all, I am now out this cycle. This was 4th cycle after my second miscarriage. I am preparing my mind and body for the next cycle. Would love to hear any suggestions or have buddies for this next cycle :) I am 39yo and TTC my first.
At 10dpo, my PDG and E3G are continuing to drop. I had some extremely faint positives at 8dpo (pics attached) which have disappeared now. I am sad that my body is now preparing for the AF.
Did anyone else saw faint lines that disappeared and later turned into BFP? I am strongly feeling this is a CP.
Btw, my chart is showing 9dpo but I ovulated on the same day at night when I had peak in the morning. I had a sharp one sided pain so I am considering I am 10dpo.
