How to contact ebay's fraud department? (W9 request)
I do not buy or sell on EBay. I received a real W9 request from ebay in my full legal name at my physical address and want to determine if somebody has opened an account in my name and if so, close it. However, without an account, I cannot contact them. Ideas?
