Looking for a private room in a shared apartment or house in LA. Hoping to move in within the next 2-4 weeks.
About me: 21M, run an AI automation agency, work from home most days. I keep my space clean, sleep early, don’t party. Looking for a chill, quiet living situation where I can focus on building my business.
Budget: Under $1,500/month all in (rent + utilities ideally — flexible if it’s the right spot).
Looking for:
• Private room (shared bath is fine)
• Safe, walkable neighborhood
• Reliable wifi (non-negotiable — I work online)
• Roommates who are working professionals or builders, not a party house
Preferred areas: K-Town, Mid-City, East Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park. Open to other areas if the place is right.
Move-in: Flexible, can move within a week or wait up to a month for the right spot.
Living with me: Quiet, friendly, respectful of shared space. Self-employed, around during the day but heads-down working. Can provide references if needed.
