Sustainably Yours vs Odorlock
Has anyone compared SY and Odorlock or mixing them? We have 2 LR4’s for our 3 cats (not totally necessary but one princess demands her own throne) and when we got our first LR4 used Whiskers Great Litter. My only real concern was it was kind of pricey and it was not available to purchase anywhere locally. I saw on this sub that Odorlock was performing well and also at a great price point so we switched about 4 months ago.
Overall I’m happier with Odorlock than Great Litter simply from a price and availability standpoint but I have noticed that the globe gets significantly dirtier faster and needs a full deep clean much more regularly than before.
I’m thinking that clumps are breaking apart during cycles and in researching here people say that adding SY helps significantly with clumping. It’s pricey and I’ve also seen the allergy concerns so I’m not sure I want to make the full switch quite yet but I thought I’d ask for some opinions
