Looking for a Trish

This is a long shot but I'm looking for a Trish. She lived in the Nashville area and drove a black Saab 9-3 back in 2014. Just wondering how she is and I would like some have some closure on some things.

Was told it was just me... What I thought was an ongoing pelvic floor issue...

Hope this gets more traction on this subreddit, with a bit of an update. Had a sexual encounter 10 years ago, and still hurt from it. A week later after the encounter. I was in severe pain for about a month. I then went away and always comes back after a few months.

Over these 10 years, I have been on numerous antibiotics, several 10-panel STD tests (chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, aids, herpes type 1 & 2, hepatitis A, B & C, trich, mycoplasma) which all came back negative, and two urologist visits to figure out what this could be. Both of these urologists told me (visits in 2017 and 2020) that it was all in my head and I have nothing to worry about, though one said it could be a pelvic floor issue. I did do a lot of relaxation exercise to try to relax my pelvic floor muscles I combine that with the prescription a urologist gave me, but I don't think it's enough. I also have had a lesion that I had swabbed that also tested negative for herpes (back in 2017). None of them did any tests. I did a Microgen DX test and it came back with Gardnerella vaginalis, Staphylococcus warneri, Lactobacillus iners, Anaerococcus senegalensis, and Corynebacterium tuberculostearicum. Does anyone have any experience with these? Whatever this is, I ended up transmitting something to my wife after I kept telling myself I had nothing to worry about with all these urology visits, Which now I feel horrible about.
