I started this habit at 14. By 16, it wasn’t just a habit; it was a cage. I found this sub a year ago and realized I’d been draining my potential before I even hit my prime.

I’ve spent the last year "testing the waters" with streaks that prove I’m inconsistent:

March: 7 days

Aug/Sept: 14 days

Jan/Feb: 30 days (My peak)

I’ve been yo-yoing between one week and one month for a year. Every time I hit that Day 7 testosterone spike or the Day 14 boredom, I folded. I’m 17 now, and I’m about to head into engineering college. I refuse to walk onto that campus as a slave to a dopamine hit I started when I was a kid.

I’m done "trying." I’m implementing a zero-phone policy in trigger zones and transmuting every bit of this energy into my studies and the gym. The 30-day mark was just a teaser.

Starting again. Not for a streak, but for a complete identity shift. Let’s get to work.
