I have a Motorola edge plus 2022 (xt2201-4) from Verizon. I am living in Japan for an extended period and bought a new sim card and phone plan through SoftBank. initially the phone was carrier locked and I had to call Verizon to unlock it. now only the 4g works no 5g and I can't make or receive calls. in phone information I can see that IMS is not verified. I have tried a laundry list of things; confirming VOLTE settings, changing various APN variables, Lenovo software fix, etc. any help is appreciated.
