Here is my situation: my landlord only accepts rent via direct ACH deposit, and I didn't realize the only way to use my BILT card bank details for that is to have my landlord "pull" the funds from my account rather than me "pushing" the funds to them. I asked my landlord if they could initiate the pull from my provided bilt account information, and they said no. So now I am trying to find a third party system to pay through, and I have come across Plastiq.

It looks like I can input the BILT ACH details into plastiq and will only be charged the $0.99 direct deposit fee (not a 3% credit card fee), but now I am wondering if BILT will view this as a housing payment on their end or as a typical transaction?

I'm so lost in the sauce...I don't even know why I got this credit card but now I'm committed to spending on it.
