Idk what to put as a flair but I am a teenager that really wants to learn how to sing however I am pretty much broke and parents wont pay for anything "silly" like that

My current problem is pitch I cant tell when I am off and on pitch, I would sing songs and all my friends say I am off pitch when I sing so how do I fix that? where do I start? is it even possible without paying a butt ton of money

some of the papers I done which is psych p1, chem p3, psych p1 and maths p1 the questions they asked was very weird and not in a usual way.....
