I’ve had a lot of success with 0.25% tretinoin, using a 4-day cycle routine (day 1 liquid exfoliate, day 2 tret, day 3 extra moisturization, day 4 extra moisturization). I now no longer have any peeling when I use it.

I’m wondering if I should jump to using it every second or third day, or if I should stick with this routine that works well for me in terms of barrier restoration, and ask to go to 0.5%.

Any advice?
