I have recently connected my EV to IOG - we drove a decent distance today and tried to connect to a public charger - normally this works very easily but today I couldn’t get it to charge - after lots of googling I found out that you have to disable Smart Charging in the Octopus App to be able to charge the car - however my car wouldn’t recognise that I had disabled smart charging - ended up having to completely disconnect the EV from Octopus and wait for 30 mins - did I miss something when joining that said this could happen - it would be good to make this clearer
