Help!

Help me fix this floor plan! I would like to open up the kitchen, dining room, living room. Add a walk in pantry. Potentially convert the living room to a master downstairs suite with the office being the new master bathroom/closet

What would you do

We are considering buying a house that needs to be pretty much fully gutted. How would you make this floor plan flow better? They recommended changing the downstairs living room and office into a master suite but I still need an office somewhere. How would you make the dining/living room and kitchen flow better? Also add a walk in pantry?

Millican Reserve

Does anyone live in Millican Reserve? Do you like it? Are you allowed to have livestock in the larger tracks of land there? Do they allow you to fence your property off to be able to have your own horse or cattle? I have looked at their HOA online and can’t tell. Don’t even want to consider looking in that area or waiting for property to come up available if you can’t have those things
