Which L99 to LS3 conversion kit is better?

I’m doing an L99 to LS3/DOD-VVT delete conversion on my 2010 Camaro SS automatic and comparing these two kits (pics attached).

Which one has the better quality parts overall and which would you trust more long term? The TRP kit or the Glenn’s Auto Performance/TSP kit?

A friend of mine has a Caprice PPV and recently did the GAP kit and recommended it to me, so I wanted to hear more opinions before ordering.

Is this a dry filter? I oiled it but it didn’t turn red

I bought my Camaro SS with this intake already installed, so I honestly don’t know if this filter is supposed to be a dry filter or an oiled cotton filter.

I cleaned it and put filter oil on it, but it didn’t really turn red after oiling which made me suspicious that it might actually be a dry filter.
The picture before I cleaned it.
Should i just wash again?
