Trade in 30k mile 5th Gen ZL1 A6 for 35k mile C6 GS M6?
Currently own a 2013 ZL1 automatic, tbh I like the automatic it doesn’t bother me, but a C6 GS M6 popped up near me 35k miles, 1 owner, M6, stock, $43k…thoughts?

I feel like I hear people all the time say they hate driving, they’d love to have a personal driver, they avoid driving when they can, etc.
Makes me wonder if it’s because they don’t love their car like I do maybe? I personally love driving and get excited anytime I get to get in my whip and go somewhere. How do y’all feel??
Man, I enjoy driving this so much. I took care of the torque converter and replaced the rear springs recently all on warranty. So smooth and impressive it’s just like the old days of the driving a sofa on wheels, but with a modern twist obviously. I think 10th-gen hit the mark of what the Impala stands for. A comfortable full sized sedan with all the creature comforts, but also a decent amount of power that moves this boat faster than you’d expect down the road. This is my daily driver, my fun car is a cammed z28. It’s like the best of both worlds!
Finally put the new subframe, with new coil overs etc etc.
Time to finally paint it. In between two colors, Nassau Blue or Jet Black. I love both, but really stuck on what color to paint it
2017 SS Got off work this morning and realized my lights are still dimly lit even with the car shut off. Anybody experienced this before?
Update: I should also mention the aftermarket lights were installed when I got the car. So a replacement is needed but in the meantime anybody have suggestions for something I can do until then to keep it from draining my battery?
Started out as a normal clean the Camaro day off today. By the time I was done I cleaned and washed the floors. I love that my Camaro has a great home.
What did you guys do today?
Hello my Camaro peeps!
What in the fuckity fuck is this shit?
ZZP replaced the single oil catch can kit (which I own and have installed) with a new dual oil catch can kit. They say you can upgrade to the dual kit for the difference in price if you send in the old single catch can kit. Can a dual catch can kit really be worth it? What the hell would it do that a single cam kit couldn't?
This all being said, I've had my single catch can kit installed for about three years now. I check the can every oil change (4000-5000mi OCI) and there is literally never any oil in the can (yay, good sealing piston rings). So...it would seem to me that this "upgrade" isn't worth it.
So I need new front rotors for my 2013 ZL1, on the GM parts website they’re listed at the starting price of $1,000, but on the Brembo site they’re listed for $600, not sure if there is a difference since I thought Brembo supplies the whole braking system for the car, the parts seem to appear the same and on the Brembo site the fitment seems to be correct. Should I go for the ones on the Brembo site or should I stick with the OEM parts?
I’ve recently have had some issues with my oil consumption with my 2010 Camaro SS. I wanted to ask on here if there’s any upgrades or anything i can change to help with this issue, i also have long tube headers im not sure if this maybe the cause of this due to the increase in temperature in the engine bay.
2024 2SS here. Got my first oil change at this service center and got Mobil1, figured they’d have it on record every time I went. Came in for my 4th service today and he just let me know they used Dexos for the 2nd and 3rd service. Told them to switch me back to Mobil1, but kind of annoyed they’ve been using Dexos while I assumed they’d stick to GM’s recommended oil.
Anything I should be worried about? I drive the car hard through my local twisties - but am only at around 10.3K miles
Hello all,
I just staight piped my ZL1 and Im looking to get it tuned.
I just need a basic tune to tighten it up a little and kill the CEL from the o2 sensors.
Si I'm wondering if I can get a OTC tuner like diablo or whatever and just put a basic map tune on it, or would I need to have it professionally tuned to take care of the light
TYIA
anyone dealt with this before? the engine light came on when that message started to appear, i got an oil change and they reset it so the oil is 100% but is this something different?
feat. a tire pressure sensor ive had fixed twice :(
My stock radio audio keeps cutting in and out. the screen doesn’t flicker and the chimes when I put the key in it also cuts in and out weirdly also. I’m lost I’ve been trouble shooting for hours
