Hey yall I need your opinion on if this is a smart buy or not. To me theres a lot of green flags that could also be red flags depending on how you look at it for instance it has VERY low miles (24k), its been on the market for 2 years, and the worst of all is there a salvaged title…that could be rebuilt depending on how much it would cost to fix. Ik this is probably a huge red flag to yall but i wanna know yalls opinion on it.

Hello! There’s a lot I don’t know about my car, and I saw another post saying all automatic Camaros 2016-newer have remote start.
I have an automatic 2017 1LT, 3.6 V6.
This is the key that came with the car when I got it from the used car dealer two years ago.
Is there a way to remote start it? Do I need a different key? Does mine not actually have remote start because it’s a base model?

[LOOKING FOR] My old 1998 Camaro Z28 — last seen in Sacramento, CA
Long shot but I figured this community would be the best place to ask.
At 18 years old I had my dream car — a 1998 Camaro Z28, and she meant everything to me. Life circumstances forced me to sell her, and I’ve regretted it ever since. I believe the guy I sold her to sanded the custom spade off the hood before moving her up to Sacramento, California, so she may look a little different now.
Here’s what she had when she left my hands:
• Black with green tribal flames running down the sides
• A custom spade on the hood, slightly raised off the original paint — almost looked like a thick decal
• Matching spade on the spoiler with SRH on it
• The word “Camaro” across the back filled in with green paint
• Straight pipes
The spades and flames had green borders and the craftsmanship was distinct enough that I think she’d still be recognizable even if some of the customs were removed or altered.
If anyone in the Sacramento area or beyond has seen this car, knows who owns it, or has any leads at all — please drop a comment or DM me. I’d love nothing more than to get her back.

Has been dressed up to look like a zl1. Has a custom exhaust tip that makes it sound very nice, ive been asked if it was a v8 because of it and i have been told by mechanics i shouldnt change the exhaust. I plan on making the car more powerful but i dont know where to start and what would be smartest, i dont know a whole lot about cars and need some help. I have a cold air intake on it though. Everything else is stock. Any thoughts on why i should do to the car? Power wise
My 5th gen baby just got totaled and im looking at 6th gens, is AFM really that much of an issue when buying these. I kept my 5th gen in great condition and if i take care of this 6th would that help?
Would it be wiser to take this to a body shop to fix this scratch?
Hey guys, I've got a problem I just can't figure out...
I have a dec 2015 Chevrolet Camaro RS Coupe V6 (~335hp), US import from Florida. I’ve owned the car since last summer and it had absolutely no issues until around February this year.
Since mid February, I’ve been having a strange battery drain issue: The car starts and drives perfectly fine during daily use (about 50 miles per day). But right now, if it sits for around 3 days, the battery suddenly becomes completely dead from one second to the other, always on the third day and the car won’t start anymore. It's not even a slow start anymore.
Some important details that could help:
- Battery was replaced around october 2025 with a Varta Dynamic SLI 12V 72Ah battery
- Before this issue started mid february, the battery went dead twice because the car sat too long without driving in cold winter weather
- After jump starting, everything worked normally again
- Workshop checked resting current/parasitic draw but found nothing abnormal with no error code
- The alternator seems fine while driving
Also 1 weird symptom: Normally the parking sensors only beep while reversing. But sometimes after unlocking the car with the keys while the car is parked, it randomly starts making irregular parking sensor beeping noises even though the car is not driving in reverse. The car has just been opened...
Has anyone experienced something similar on a 6th gen Camaro? I don't plan on selling my baby since it's my dream owning a camaro since childhood! Looking for serious help :/
Ive been reading about people who get LTs in CA and take them off to get inspected. Im fine with that as I do all the work on my camaro myself but in the event that I maybe get state reffed for modified exhaust, will the state referee see that im tuned for LTs? Ive had a corvette and my camaro now with no mufflers and no trouble yet. I dont feel like buying 1000$ tunes over and over again. Any insight helps 👍
What tires are everyone running? I need a new set. I live in CT and this is gonna be my daily, so I've been looking at the DWS06+, but I wanna know if there are better ones around.
