Routine Help – Skin stings slightly after washing/applying products Skin type: Oily, acne-prone, somewhat sensitive

Rustic Art Neem Face Wash
Foxtale Oil Balancing Moisturiser
Minimalist Light Fluid Sunscreen
PM:
Rustic Art Neem Face Wash
Minimalist 2% Salicylic Acid Serum (3x a week)
Minimalist Vitamin B12 Barrier Repair Moisturiser
Concern:
Recently my skin stings a little after washing my face and sometimes while applying moisturiser/aloe gel too. I’m worried my skin barrier may be getting irritated.
Does this routine look too harsh for oily acne-prone skin? Could the neem face wash or salicylic acid be over-drying?
Or is it normal as I’ve been using these ig from a week ago
