Hello - I’ve been trying to unravel the possible origins of a painting , the artist, the theme of the painting [it appears to be part of a larger piece depicting biblical subject matter]. There is little knowledge about the painting unfortunately, on my end. However, it’s a unique enough piece that the style , symbolism, subject matter, and clues of this piece merit the investment of my time to at least try and learn a little more about . I could only speculate artist, time period, origins, style but I’d be interested in the insight of others

*The name on the back of the painting has no association w the artist of this piece from what I’ve been told
