Not sure if this is allowed, but I wanted to shout out a small spot called Bangkok Thai on 65th.

It’s family-owned, and not just your typical Thai place it leans more Lao/Hmong style, so some of the flavors hit a little different (in a good way). The food’s honestly really solid pad thai, curries, plus some dishes you don’t usually see and the portions are pretty generous for the price. Their boat noodle dish is definitely worth trying as well.

They don’t really have much of a social media presence, so it feels like they kind of fly under the radar. With how many food spots there are around Sacramento, it’s easy to miss places like this.

If you’re in the Sac area and want to try something a little different, I’d say it’s worth checking out. Curious if anyone here’s been before and what you thought.

I’m currently waiting on my WPJ portfolio score and I want to plan ahead. For those who’ve already taken their WI, which classes/professors did you find the easiest or most manageable?

I’m an EEE major, so I’d prefer something not super technical or writing-heavy if possible which may not be the case but any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
