Does this mean they are keeping me as a regular pt teammate?
I got hired at DICK’S as a temp part-time employee about 5 months ago. I checked Workday and noticed my teammate type changed from “Temporary” to “Regular” and it says part time. Nobody ever said anything to me about it… I hardly see the SM because I have a full time day job and I’m only available evenings and weekends.
Does this mean they officially decided to keep me as a regular part-time employee? Has this happened to anyone else where they just changed it without telling you?
