Anyone else dealing with what feels like chronic fatigue?

I know the obvious answer is probably “get more rest,” but I feel like what I’m experiencing has gone beyond just being tired.

Lately, it feels more like constant fatigue that doesn’t really go away, even after sleeping or taking breaks. It’s starting to feel like I’m always low on energy, and I’m wondering if anyone else has dealt with something similar.

For those who experience chronic fatigue, do you have any tips that actually helped you? Anything related to lifestyle changes, diet, supplements, routines, or things you noticed made a difference?

Would really appreciate hearing your experiences.

What exercise do you think beginners waste way too much time on?

Looking back at when I first started lifting, there were definitely exercises I spent way too much time on because I assumed they were essential.

Once you’ve been training for a while, you start realizing that some movements just aren’t worth the amount of attention beginners give them.

What exercise would you tell a beginner to stop obsessing over, and what would you have them do instead?

Week 2 with my orthopedic/anatomical pillow - Update

So I'm here to update you all that as some of you pointed out it was indeed a little too high for me maybe and it was causing me different issues.

Last weeks takeaways:

  1. Still helps me fall asleep faster I think maybe because its rather cool and I'm not sweating by being buried into it.
  2. Starting last night I flipped it to the other side that has the shorter extensions and it is lower but idk if thats providing any support to my neck either, will keep you updated.

1 week with orthopedic/anatomical pillow

So I have recently bought an anatomical pillow (not the one in the image but similar) because I have developed a bit of a tech neck id say (I blame my phone) and I wanted to try it out since I kept seeing random ads of these types of pillows. I'll be providing more updates but here is my 1 week.

Week 1 take aways:

  1. Very cool? I used to sweat like a pig with my regular pillow but this is surprisingly not getting hot (might freeze in the winter who knows..)
  2. I seem to be falling asleep faster? Idk if its bc I'm more tired recently or if its the pillow will keep you posted.
  3. Neck feels same for now lol.

How to train yourself to stand for longer without getting your legs or back tired (I mean over 10 hours).

So I've done jobs that have required me standing for 8+ hours without rest and I have tricks to managing (like putting weight on front of feet for half the time then the back of my feet for the other half) but to be honest I never felt like "oh this is easy". Anyone who has trained themselves to manage standing more effortlessly for long hours?
