DP request: Processing time for missing Aeroplan points/SQC claim (Avis via Air Canada)
Hello everyone,
I just submitted a claim by email to points@aeroplan.cxloyalty.com regarding two Avis car rentals booked through the Air Canada website.
There is a significant discrepancy between what was promised on my confirmation screenshots at the time of booking and the reality of what was actually credited to my activity history. Both the points and the SQC received do not match at all.
I have sent all my proofs over to the cxloyalty team. For those who have gone through this process for missing partner points before, how long did the processing times take before everything was corrected in your account?
