I’m so done with this company and I’m not sure if anyone else can relate but I’m not getting my paychecks on time and our store is chaos and they know I want to be area manager but they don’t want to cross train not to mention my hours are getting cut significantly and I have a bunch of debt because of it… so much for caring for their associates 😃
I recently joined a WIN how am I supposed to know if I get accepted in or not? I heard you gotta check work email but when I tried to sign in at work it doesn’t let me than I heard you gotta check engage but I couldn’t find it.
Why won’t it let me sign into workday or any other website that uses the Wawa number and password because it always tells me unable to sign in and I can only get into the shifts app so I know I have the right password
So I’ve been working at Wawa for a little over two months and I love my job don’t get me wrong and I love the people I work with but they’ve been working me strictly nights and sometimes they got me going in at 2am mind you I don’t drive so my dad and mom takes me and I’ve told them I don’t drive but they’ve still scheduled me these wonky hours plus they haven’t even trained me on anything deli or beverage related only facilities and register which I ask our manager will I get trained on things because I barely know shit and she knows it but she said she would ask my AGM but she never did and every other manager I ask they just say I don’t know what the “goal” is for you but this shit is really pissing me off and these shifts suck ass I can’t even sleep properly
I’m very new to the DSA I was just wondering how can I support other than donating of course the closest chapter to me is in the next county to it’s very hard for me to get their but is their online sessions
Guys so my night manager made me signed one of those papers that you have to like initial on next to your name and it said I have a CSA meeting to go too Tuesday but my managers and AGM didn’t know what this was even about but I had to sign it anyways and i asked witch Tuesday and they didn’t know about it I’m really confused
