Who powerscales Yogiri different than his true form?
There seems to be a different powerscale for yogiri vs his true form among folks here, but if you do that, doesn't Yogiri just get powerscaled to a mere human? Why would you do that if Yogiri has the same scope of power as the End while he's the End?
