Walking Changed My Pelvic Floor Pain

In 2021, I started having pain in my genitals, mainly on the left side of my penis.

I tried everything. Exercises, stretches, you name it. But the one thing that really made a difference for me was walking.

I started with 1 kilometer. Then 2. Eventually, I worked my way up to 10 kilometers.

Now I walk 10 kilometers every week. And when I get a flare-up, I start walking again.

For me, walking helps relax my pelvic floor and can significantly reduce the pain.

I also train at the gym twice a week, but I have to be careful. Too many abdominal exercises can trigger my pelvic floor. Stress can do the same thing.

So when things flare up, I keep it simple:

Walking. Walking. Walking.

Nothing crazy. Just a normal pace. Not too fast. Just keep moving.

For me, it can reduce the pain by around 60%.

Give it a try. It might help you too. And if it doesn't, well… it doesn't. But it's simple, free, and worth trying.
